Our cozy and comfortable B&B offers three-star-accommodation right in the heart of Kitzbühel. All of our nine rooms are equipped with en-suite facilities (shower or bath/WC), mini-bar, cable-TV, radio, wireless LAN, hair-dryer, safe, telephone and, in most cases, a balcony.

For your convenience, a room service is also available in the evening. In our bed and breakfast, there is a lockable storeroom for bicycles etc, as well as a heated storage room for your skiing equipment. Evenings and rainy days may be spent in our cozy living room on the first floor, enjoying videos, DVDs, and parlor games. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, our house has a non-smoking-policy.

The breakfast parlor is situated on the ground floor. We serve our visitors according to their individual preferences, offering more than the usual standard of breakfast fare: Choose from different types of bread, a wide selection of jams, honey, cakes, eggs as well as different kinds of cheeses and sausages. Breakfast cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juices complete our choice. Feel free to make your additional wishes known, we are happy to oblige!

Due to our central location, the Horn- and Hahnenkammbahn (cable cars) as well as the swimming pool and spa are within walking distance, just five minutes away. The walk into the historical town center is even shorter: You can reach the many restaurants, bar and stores of Kitzbühel’s pedestrian zone on foot or with a nearby elevator. There is also a private parking lot directly in front of the building.
