Skiing in Kitzbühel

The sports town of Kitzbühel is all geared up for the winter. 60 slopes and approx. 200 kilometres of ski trails around the Hahnenkamm, the Streif and the Mausefalle, are waiting for the skiing aficionados. Thanks to some 700 state-of-the-art snowmaking machines, the vast skiable terrain of the Kitzbüheler Alpen offers a 200% snow guarantee. New from 2010: the detachable 8-passenger chairlift “Kasereck” with bubbles and heated seats. In addition, upgrades and improvements of the highest standard have been made to most of the 55 lift facilities for our guests’ comfort and convenience. Lately, the top-to-bottom trail Asten into Kitzbühel was straightened out and improved and the Alte Kaser added as another easy trail. The legendary Streif race course is a unique challenge for the most demanding skiers.
